MANADO – West Papuan Students who is studied in North Sulawesi (Manado) protested outside of Parliament building on August 15th 2014 in North Sulawesi, and have a peaceful protested to commemorating the New York Agreement were made between the United States, the Netherlands, the United Nations, and Indonesia with a hidden agenda to rob the natural resources (business interest first places) of Papua and wipe out Black Melanesian race. That agreement was the beginning of the bloodshed and human rights violations in West Papua.

Papuan community in Manado protested a peacefully way, and delivered a petition to the Member of Parliament in North Sulawesi (DPRD) office and demanded the referendum as democracy solution for West Papua. This is our demand to the Indonesia:

1. We are demanding to the America, the Netherlands, and Indonesia have responsible for 500,000 Papuans who have been slaughtered by in fact of their agreement is called “New York Agreement 1962”.

2. We are demanding to the Indonesia government to allowing foreign journalist enter into West Papua.

3. We are demanding to the international communities to put pressure on Indonesia and demanded for the immediate release of the two France journalists, Thomas Dandois, and Valentine Bourrat who had been detained by Indonesian Police in Jayapura, West Papua.

We believe that every human being cannot live under pressure, intimidation, illegal occupation, and massacres West Papua entire life, but we are new generation of West Papua will continue fight against Indonesia illegal occupation and colonialism in West Papua.

Even we knew that, Indonesia behavior is BARBARIC who have been raping our woman and children every day, but we will never give up and surrender. However, spirits of fighter will continuous and rise up to against Indonesia illegal occupation and Indonesia apartheid in West Papua. Therefore, we stand together with our brothers and sisters who are protesting today in London, Netherlands, Perth Australia, AMP International, AMP consulate Yogyakarta, AMP consulate Bogor, AMP consulate Surabaya, KNPB and PRD Merauke, and (KNPB & Gempar) Jayapura to commemorating “the New York Agreement 1962” is the DAY of BATRAYAL and the beginning of the bloodshed in West Papua.
